Refund Policy Disclosure

We value our customers and are committed to providing best research services. Our clients need to realize that we do not offer or commit a 100% guarantee or any return on our research recommendations regardless of the individual client's performance when they onboard for our services.
However, we follow a monthly pro-rated refund policy on our subscriptions pricing offered and client can opt for refund post completing end of a month from the date of invoice.
An Example. Once our quarterly services has been subscribed and a payment has been made for the same, it can't be canceled or refunded in middle of the month in any case. A refund will be issued for remaining balance monthly services left.

If for some unforeseen reason, the client is not satisfied with our services, they may raise a ticket with our team to seek direction on future research services process. We are committed to give our best effort to increase the satisfaction levels in such cases. However, any request by the client to cancel a service or get a refund will only be accepted in case of platform related issues or if they are subscribed to quarterly plan only. Monthly subscription cannot be refunded
